  • 60ml  honey
  • 60ml  filtered water
  • 6 figs cut into quarters
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 240ml champagne
  • 120ml high quality apple cider
  • 30ml orange liquor

Pink Grapefruit Margaritas with Chili Salt

  • 140ml grapefruit simple syrup
  • 120ml Grand Marnier
  • 90ml Tequila
  • 115ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 60ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • lime for garnish
  • salt + sugar + chili powder for the rim

Nutella Martinis

  • 400ml whole milk (or nut milk if you prefer)
  • 2 heaped scoops of Nutella

  • 50ml of Frangelico or Amaretto (optional – but seriously good)
  • Ice
  • Extra Nutella & chopped hazelnuts (for serving)
